Delivery and Click & Collect

Our goal is to always deliver the highest quality products safely and efficiently to as many locations as possible. We also offer the option for you to pick up your order from our Kewdale Warehouse.

About Click & Collect

Pick Ups are now available for customers from our Kewdale Warehouse. The minimum order value is $50.

I am not in your delivery area, what postcode do I enter at checkout?

Enter 6105 at checkout if you are collecting your order from us.

When will my order be ready?

Most orders will be ready for pick up the next day. If you have ordered Seasonal Produce, your order will be ready for pick up Thursday or Friday.

When will my order be ready?

Once we have packed your order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order is ready for pick up. Please enter via Marchesi St entrance (pictured) and proceed to the reception. Please remember to sign in via the SafeWA app.

What time can I pick up?

You'll be able to collect your order between Monday to Friday, 11am to 5pm.

What do I need to bring?

Please have your name and order number ready upon arrival.

What if I can't pick up on the day I selected anymore?

Please let us know as soon as possible, we can reschedule your pick up for a different day.

About Delivery

We deliver to suburbs throughout the Perth metropolitan area including Mandurah as well as selected regional towns in the South West.

Perth Metro deliveries are between Monday to Friday and on Thursdays to selected regional towns in the South West.

Cut off time for an order in Perth metro area is midnight for next day delivery.

Cut off time for orders to the South West region is 4pm Tuesday for delivery on Thursday.

Please note that veggie boxes have a cut off time of 2pm Tuesday for delivery Thursday to South West, or Thursday or Friday for Perth Metro.

The minimum order value is $50 in Perth and $100 for the South West.

Where do we deliver?

We are growing all the time. Check the postcode calculator to see if we deliver to an area near you.

You must live in our delivery area to order through this online platform. For delivery requests to areas outside our delivery area please email sales@dirtycleanfood.com.au.

What time will I receive my order

The delivery window is 11am to 6pm on the day specified. On the day of your delivery, you will receive a notification with an approximate delivery time.

Is there a charge for delivery?

Free delivery for orders over $100 in Perth. A delivery fee of $12 will apply to all orders under $100.

Free delivery for orders over $200 in South West. A delivery fee of $15 will apply to all orders between $100 - $199.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

You do not need to be home to receive your delivery (unless you are in a security building and there is no alternative drop off point). If you are not home our drivers are instructed to leave your boxes as close to your front door as possible. The packing boxes are insulated and contain an ice pack to keep your order cold until you get home. In extreme temperatures this will not be sufficient and we encourage you to be home to receive your order or close by so you can put your items in the freezer or fridge as soon as possible. If you have any particular instructions for where you would like your delivery left please let us know at checkout.

By ordering online you are agreeing to all conditions set out below.

Ownership of the products will transfer to you once we have delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Whilst all endeavours are made to deliver by the date requested, Dirty Clean Foods takes no responsibility for goods that are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Late delivery does not constitute a failure on behalf of Dirty Clean Food and does not entitle cancellation of an order.

While all care is taken Dirty Clean Food takes no responsibility for goods that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery has taken place.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all delivery information is correct. Non delivery due to inaccurate information or unforeseen circumstances will be charged as per the agreed prices. Goods requiring re-direction to an alternative address will incur an additional delivery charge. Futile delivery due to an inability to gain access to the premises resulting in a new delivery will incur an additional delivery fee.

All prices include GST.

Orders will be charged to your nominated payment method.

(a) It is your responsibility to ensure your accepted payment method details are valid and up to date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express Cards and PayPal.

(b) It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available at the time of payment processing.

(c) If you choose to use PayPal, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any payment issues which arise in connection with PayPal. Paypal should be contacted for any questions regarding payment issues. It is your responsibility to ensure that this account is set up correctly and that accurate information is provided to PayPal.
